About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and passionate Front-End Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. In this role, you will work across all aspects of front-end engineering, from creating intuitive user interfaces to optimizing performance and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Back-End, Product, and Design.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, oversee, and drive frontend development while strengthening the team's knowledge base and improving overall code quality within the frontend chapter.
• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular, JavaScript, and CSS/SASS.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into visually appealing, functional user interfaces.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance standards are met across all platforms.
• Integrate front-end components with APIs and manage version control using Git.
• Embrace testing practices and consider Test-Driven Development (TDD) as a core aspect of building reliable, maintainable applications.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprints, code reviews, and team discussions.
• Tackle diverse tasks and contribute to all areas of front-end development.
  

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, and CSS/SASS.
• Experience with API integrations and version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• A strong interest or experience in testing practices, including TDD.
• A collaborative mindset, a growth-oriented attitude, and a passion for delivering impactful products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
