About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on, and proactive Business & Office Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our company culture — creating a welcoming, fun, and inspiring workplace while supporting company events, employee experience, and executive projects. You’ll help bring our team together and make our office a place people truly enjoy coming to.
This is an on-site role based in our beautiful office in central Stockholm. You’ll work close with our CFO and the management team and will report to the Head of People & Culture.

What you'll do
Office Environment & Culture
- Make our office a welcoming and cozy space where people love to work.
- Manage daily office logistics — supplies, deliveries, and workspace setup.
- Drive initiatives that boost team spirit and make the workplace engaging and fun.
Event Coordination
- Plan and organize internal and external company events — from team offsites to client workshops.
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
Employee Experience
- Support managers and HR in creating a great employee experience throughout the entire journey — from onboarding to offboarding.
- Help maintain a positive and safe work environment.
Executive & Project Support
- Assist executives with ongoing projects, research, and coordination tasks.
- Follow up on action points and keep cross-functional projects on track.
- Prepare documentation and light presentations when needed.
- Support the Executive Team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications
We value mindset and attitude above all — we’re looking for the right person to grow with us. Beyond that, we’re looking for someone who has:
- A university degree (a plus but not required)
- Fluency in Swedish and English; other languages are a bonus
- Previous experience in office management, administration, finance, or customer service (a plus but not required)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
