Why You’ll Love This Role

You won’t just maintain infrastructure, you will evolve it.

In this role, you will help build and evolve the infrastructure that powers our platform. You will work hands-on with Azure cloud environments, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and reliable. The role also involves strengthening monitoring, logging, and operational processes to improve uptime and resilience.

You will collaborate closely with developers to build observable and scalable production systems that support global financial workflows. We also integrate AI tools into our engineering workflows as a productivity multiplier, using them to improve automation, diagnostics, and how we operate our systems.

What You’ll Bring To Succeed

Must Have

· Strong experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure
· Hands-on experience running and operating Kubernetes in production
· Solid knowledge of Linux systems administration
· Experience with Helm and Kubernetes packaging/deployments
· Strong understanding of networking (VPCs, firewalls, DNS, routing, load balancing — practical experience, not just theory)
· Comfortable working with Git and CI/CD workflows
· Experience operating and maintaining systems in production environments
· Understanding of reliability, monitoring, incident handling, and operational risk

Nice to Have

· Infrastructure as Code experience (e.g., Terraform, Bicep)
· Experience with security hardening and compliance in regulated environments
· Observability tooling experience
· Experience in fintech or other high-availability domains
· Automation and scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
