IT Support Technician

As the company grows, we're strengthening our IT team to support our continued growth and evolving needs. This is much more than a traditional support role. You'll own the employee IT experience, making sure people have the right equipment, access, and support while continuously improving how IT works across the office. What you'll do
You will be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations across the business, providing both on-site support for our Stockholm office and remote support for colleagues in other countries, while continuously improving how we work.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing first-line IT support for approximately 40 employees
Managing laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and user accounts
Planning and executing IT onboarding and offboarding
Administering users, licenses, and permissions
Maintaining conference rooms, meeting technology, printers, and office IT equipment
Monitoring endpoint security, patching, antivirus, and device health
Managing incoming support tickets and documenting your work in a structured way
Identifying improvements that create a better employee IT experience

We'd like you to have
Around 1 to 2 years of experience working with IT support, workplace IT, or a similar role
Experience supporting Windows environments
Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 environments, including user, license, and permission administration
Experience working with ticketing systems
Basic understanding of endpoint security, device management, and patching
Good written and spoken English
Nice to have:
Microsoft Azure
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
ISO 27001 or structured information security practices
