We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the Mitigram team in our ambitious endeavor to shape the future of financing global trade.
Trade finance is essential for global trade, and global trade is vital to global economic growth, development, and innovation. Mitigram is the leading digital platform for global trade financing and on a journey of building the largest and most comprehensive trade finance network.
We are now offering the opportunity for a passionate person to join our journey and make a real impact. The Stockholm-based role involves close collaboration with many parts of the organization. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be part of Mitigram’s Center of Excellence, covering customer training, onboarding and support.
You’ll interface with customers, product, tech, and sales while working in a dynamic team with clear responsibilities. Your key role is to ensure customers successfully adopt Mitigram’s platform, receive world-class help, and are supported throughout their journey.
What you will do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be part of Mitigram’s Center of Excellence, supporting customer onboarding, training, and first-line support.
You will:
Provide first and second-line support to customers using the Mitigram platform
Analyze customer and system performance to identify issues and recommend improvements.
Build strong relationships with users and key customer stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Product and Tech to resolve issues and improve workflows
Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Develop scalable processes, documentation, and best practices within the Center of Excellence

What you should have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering
At least 3 years relevant work experience
Experience delivering training sessions, onboarding programs, or workshops
Familiarity with tools like CRM/ticketing/product management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, Confluence etc.)
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
Affinity for working with business workflows, systems, and customer-facing processes
Nice to have (Not required - but a plus!)
Experience working in B2B SaaS, fintech, banking, or trade finance
Experience in log management and analysis
Knowledge of data pipelines and BI environments
Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
