The Stockholm-based role involves close collaboration with many parts of the organization. You’ll interface with customer success, sales and customers whilst working in a cross-functional team of developers, testers and designers. Your key role is to ensure that we discover the right product opportunities, plan and collaborate on the solutions, and ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe.

What you will do
Shape product direction: Contribute to the product vision and roadmap based on user needs, business goals, and learning.
Turn problems into requirements: Work with users and stakeholders to understand problems worth solving and translate them into clear, well-defined product requirements.
Align cross-functional teams towards the product vision: Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, set priorities, and ensure projects deliver value as planned.
Ensure customer value: Partner with account managers and commercial teams to ensure intended value is perceived by users and realized in practice.
Validate and improve deliveries: Use feedback, usage data, and product analytics to ensure solutions solve real customer problems and continuously improve.
Enable and support stakeholders: Prepare product materials, lead trainings and presentations, and act as the go-to product contact for internal teams and users.
What you should have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science and/or other relevant field.
2+ year of experience with Product Management, Project Management, Product Implementation or similar.
Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
Strong organizational skills.
Affinity for working with business workflows and systems.
Deep interest in and care for software products and how they’re built.
Good track record of delivering product.
