We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Mitigram team in our ambitious endeavour to shape the future of financing global trade.

The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be part of our Delivery Department. In our product-led organisation, Delivery is a core part of Product, bringing strategy, design, and engineering together to drive outcomes. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, sales, and customers to design intuitive solutions for complex workflows.
You will primarily support 2-3 cross-functional teams and take ownership of design initiatives within defined product areas. This is a hands-on role focused on craft quality, collaboration, and delivering meaningful product impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end design within your product area, from discovery to implementation.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems and validate solutions.
Design clear, effective solutions for complex workflows using appropriate levels of fidelity.
Plan and conduct research, incorporating insights and data into continuous product improvements.
Contribute to the Design System and leverage emerging tools (including AI) to enhance design processes.
Who you are
We think that you are a senior Product Designer with more than 5 years experience within fintech, SaaS or a startup environment, ideally within B2B or complex platforms, combining strong craft with big picture thinking. You also have experience working in an agile, cross-functional product team and are comfortable taking ownership.
With strong system thinking and the ability to design complex workflows and data-rich interfaces, you are able to effectively balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. English is your preferred language of communication.
